Current Position

Marketing, Communication & Sustainability Department

In my current role, I am responsible for defining, executing, and evolving the company’s marketing, communication, and sustainability strategy within an industrial and highly competitive environment focused on premium cosmetic packaging.

I lead the design and implementation of integrated marketing strategies, combining digital and offline actions to strengthen brand positioning, support commercial objectives, and reinforce the company’s technological and sustainable value proposition. A key part of my work involves SEO analysis, web optimization, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact.

I coordinate all online and offline marketing activities, manage the company’s corporate image and external communications, and work closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals. I also propose and manage promotional, innovation, and communication initiatives aimed at generating new projects and market opportunities.

A significant focus of my role is the development of inbound marketing strategies, designed to increase sales volume, enhance brand awareness, and position the company as a technologically advanced and sustainability-driven industrial partner. To achieve this, I work across multiple channels including brand content, blogs, infographics, campaigns, partnerships, events, social media, and digital platforms.

Beyond marketing, I actively participate in the company’s digital transformation, coordinating and managing European grants and public funding, and collaborating with technological and research centers to implement advanced solutions that improve competitiveness and operational efficiency.

I continuously analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to anticipate future demands, while also managing media relations and measuring the performance of both online and offline actions. Overall, my role sits at the intersection of marketing, innovation, sustainability, and industrial business development.

Previous Experience

Previously, I held the position of COO and Digital Marketing Project Manager, where I was fully responsible for the company’s digital marketing strategy and execution. I led the development and optimization of digital platforms, primarily based on WordPress, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.

My responsibilities included managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads: Search, Display, Remarketing), implementing advanced SEO strategies, and using Google Analytics and data insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic decisions.

I worked within a full-stack digital environment, with hands-on involvement in front-end and back-end technologies such as PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, as well as CMS platforms like WordPress and Joomla. I also leveraged creative tools from Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) to support branding, content creation
